Before the VIP Week, you'll have spent time culling & submitting pre-work deliverables (template, branding, copy, etc.).
We'll hop on a quick call to go over the details you've shared & finalize the vision for your website. We'll also share a guide for the pre-work deliverables.
We'll spend the week customizing up to 5 core pages to create your new website. We'll have frequent check-ins as we work on fine tuning your vision.
Champagne time!! You'll receive your finalized website, guides, & off-boarding materials to ensure you're ready to launch!

Frequently Asked questions
During your VIP week, we'll customize up to 5 core pages of your website (a Premium Soulful Web Design Studio website template from The Shop, or you are welcome to bring your own template). Core pages typically include the following: Home, About, Services, Investment or Experience, Contact. Your site will be crafted with your branding materials (fonts, colors, logo, images, & copy).
The VIP week will be a strategic flurry of design & check-ins. We'll spend each day working through the core pages, providing you with a preview link & feedback form after completing the designs. We'll adjust the feedback cadence depending on the scope of your vision. At the end of the week, we'll transfer the website to your Showit account, send over our exclusive educational guides, & make sure you feel supported as you launch.
Before we jump into the VIP Week, we'll need you to get a few materials together: 1) Your website template 2) Brand colors, font files & logo 3) Your absolute favorite brand images 4) Website copy (guidance will be provided) 5) A vision board & design wishlist. It may sound like a lot to keep track of, but don't worry, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to gather & send us these materials.
Wordpress blog migration is not included in the VIP Week. However, if this is something you need, Showit support takes care of nearly everything. After your VIP week, we can send you brief instructions on how to initiate this process.
We know launching your website is SO exciting, but how do you make sure you maintain your new online home? We are happy to provide you with support during the week following your VIP experience. You'll additionally receive two exclusive Showit guides that will familiarize you with the platform & our best SEO practices. You can also always book us for additional services beyond your Website in a Week experience!
